Important Details**
We neither offer nor will entertain anything beyond a professional massage. Anyone asking for my details or for sexual related services will be asked to leave and/or have the police called.
📍Note📍
We Require a 50% deposit of every treatment booked before we can confirm your booking. Please note as per policy, unless notice of cancellation is given within 24 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be non-transferable cancelled and cannot be used for the future appointment. If you would like to book for the new appointment, you have to pay the deposit again. also, in any case if the customer requests to reschedule more than 3 times, we will forfeit the deposit, you cannot rebook that appointment and you have to pay half the price of the treatment next time.
Customers who have the package5+1 or gift vouchers, we do not require a deposit. But if the you cancel the appointment after 24 hours before the appointment, we will deduct half of your massage time from treatment time you have booked and If you cancelled more than 3 times within the 24 hours, we will deduct half of the treatment time as well.
This applies to all bookings including packages and vouchers. Deposit paid will only be accepted through bank transfer or paid in cash.
:Remarks:
• The Package 5+1 will be valid for 1 year from the buying date.
• We reserve the right to refuse any use after the expiry date.
The package Buy 5 Get 1 Free is non-refundable, non- exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
• The Vouchers will be valid for 3 months from the buying date.
• We reserve the right to refuse any use after the expiry date.
The vouchers are non-refundable, non- exchangeable and non-redeemable for cash.
For customers with vouchers, we will not require any deposit. But if you don't show up, we will deduct half of the voucher value.
Also, if you are late and we have the next customer we will cut off half of your massage time, if we don't have the next customer we will give you a full time massage.

Things you must do before booking the massage

We would like to welcome you to Wandee’s Thai Therapy but have a few rules we would like to follow to ensure your safety and comfort.
If you have just returned to the UK after a period away we will require you to postpone coming to Wandee’s Thai Therapy until 14 days have elapsed due to the requirement to isolate yourself for that period of time.
Updated COVID-19 secure guidance sets out the measures for those providing close contact services and we will ensure we follow this to protect staff and customers.
We are following the government guidelines with regard to opening our premises and have completed a risk assessment.
We are sanitising everything the customer comes into contact with in between each treatment.
Due to the nature of the service we are providing we will wear further protection in addition to any that they may usually wear.
Please ensure that if you are suffering any of the symptoms of Covid-19 or feeling unwell at all you postpone your appointment with us. We will be happy to see you once you have completed a quarantine period.

If you have a prepaid voucher or package please ensure that you bring the voucher or package with you or you will have to pay full price for the treatment. Please mention when you book that you have a voucher you wish to use.
